When we heard "Lean On" we were immediate fans of the summers biggest song. We wanted to turn it into something that sounded like we put together a favorite super live band to play it. A remix that we could play early in a Dj set. Imagine the Roots, meets D'Angelo's band, meets Common's "Like Water for Chocolate Instrumentals." Add future-soul changes, newly recorded saxophone and horns, future electronic sounds, along with an organic hip hop groove and you get our Crush Effect remix. It's a groovy chill soulful record that just made us happy listening back. Well done Major Lazer, Dj Snake and MØ for killing such a worldwide smash! Enjoy this feel good Crush Effect remix of "Lean On."
